the welcome touches was so great. our room had extra treats on arrival. the hotel felt relaxing after travel. the staff was thoughtful about our birthday celebration and really were really good for it.
noise in the rooms was a problem. i had to change rooms. the internet was very spotty. i had many issues with it.

I found the staff cute. Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely happy to assist. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of options including eggs and pancakes. I had easy access to the metro and the main tourist areas.
The noise in my room was quite bothersome. I needed to change rooms because of it. I experienced issues with the internet. It was very spotty. The pool was unfortunately not usable because it was not heated.

the lack of proper nightstands was a real annoyance. i found the cocktails at the bar to be subpar. the staff exhibited some rudeness, especially the manager, disappointing. the internet was also quite unreliable.

The staff was amazing. They remembered my name and provided attentive care. my room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was very rich and excellent. I enjoyed the variety of options.
I experienced noise in my room. I requested a change to address the issue. it proved somewhat frustrating.

i really loved the garden pool area, it was so calm. the breakfast was fresh. i enjoyed the welcome drink and pasteis de nata, what a thoughtful touch! the team.
the bar cocktails were not great. i found them rather disappointing, lacking the zest i anticipated. this contrasted with the otherwise high standards.
